For example, searching in google "vacation rentals new york" some suitable leads can be: - [login to view URL] (has vacation apartments in New York but too in Paris and London). - [login to view URL] (specialists in new york). 2).- Send them our standard email and call them (via skype, we provide it) to convince them to list their properties in our site www.travelizon.com. 3).- List the apartments in our site travelizon.com. If there are too many apartments to list, we will provide with help (another person). The most important is to obtain new apartments to list. The most important skills is to have a high english level and experience in cold-calling. For start, the job will be 4 hours by day, and extend to 8 once we start evaluate the results. We pay $1 by apartment with a minimum $40 by week. At least 50 apartments by week should be listed (max 50 apartments from one city in our list). We provide the SIP Phone to make/receive calls, email accounts and CRM.
