Actually we have an issue with our joomla internet platform . The platform it is not more accessible on our siteground server. The reason might be the upgrade of the php version by the hosting provider. When we click on it nothing is displayed any more. It has to be fixe in other for the site to be accessible again through the weblink. There were a virus which was clean by the support of the hosting provider. Before the cleaning of the virus we were receiving the following message when clicking on the link "This site is currently unavailable. After the cleaning our guy which is not that much experimented try to work on having the site displayed but we end up having the following message displayed when clicking on the site link : “JError Unable to load Database Driver:” The content of the Platform has to be displayed again. The issue might be related to upgrade of the Joomla version by the hosting provider, it just a guess We had the same issue previously and a freelander fix it. It is higly important that all the data remains available.
I need an urgent fix for my Joomla internet platform hosted on a Siteground server. This platform is showing an error message when clicked. Please note there have been no recent changes or updates made to the platform.
