Currently, we are looking for a skilled freelancer to provide expert training on Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) and Veritas NetBackup to our employees. The goal is to equip our team with the knowledge and skills to independently handle daily tasks related to backup and recovery operations. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver hands-on training on TSM and Veritas NetBackup for 2-3 hours daily. - Guide and mentor our employees on performing routine tasks, troubleshooting, and best practices. - Provide support and answer queries during the training sessions. - Tailor the training approach to help employees gain confidence and independence in handling backup and recovery operations. - Evaluate progress and adjust the training plan based on team needs. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven expertise in IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) and Veritas NetBackup. - Strong experience in data backup, recovery, and storage management. - Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to simplify complex topics. - Prior experience in conducting online training sessions. - Flexibility to work during US hours.
