Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for conducting interviews to assess candidates for HVAC Technician roles. Using your in-depth experience, you will help evaluate the qualifications and practical skills of candidates based on industry requirements.
Each interview typically lasts 10 to 15 minutes, with pre-established / standardized questions.
• Conduct interviews to assess knowledge in heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and maintenance.
• Evaluate the candidate's ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Assess practical knowledge in installation and diagnostics of HVAC components.
• Provide written feedback and observations after each interview.
Requirements and Skills:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English.
• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• US-based.
• Ability to evaluate technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities in real-world scenarios.
• Ability to conduct interviews remotely from a computer or mobile device with stable internet access.
