I need to create a kind of complicated form on a website. The form includes around 15 pages and involves calculations and excel charts. The form should then be sent to a email once submitted. I need this to be created within 2 days, so I'm available during the night (US) to work with you and explain everything. I cannot accept people that will take longer than 2 days, sorry.
