I'm looking for a developer to recreate our companies 7-8 eLearning modules. We’re smal business that prides itself on reliable, safe, and compliant transport solutions, keeping regional NSW businesses moving. Our old modules are really old and outdated. I don't even think the software for some of them exist. PowerPoint articulate engage and captivate I think we're the softwares. We want to avoid this again and not lock content updates into these formats that will costs us a fortune every year to update ourselves. So we're looking at new Ai tools like Modilearn. My plan is to sign up and allow the developer access (we cover software costs). As the developer we'd like you to be able to use modilearn, that way we can maintain module's going forward. Open to other tools but this one seems the best priced and easy to use, not sure if the elearns can be created in 10mins as it claims, but it seems like it would be very fast. There are 7-8 modules that need to be rebuilt and we also want a new one: Rebuild: Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) Compliance Training Fatigue Management and Driver Wellbeing Load Restraint and Handling Procedures Vehicle Maintenance and Safety Inspections Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Awareness Emergency and Incident Response Training Digital and Physical Communication Skills New: Sales, Negotiation and Customer Relations. Along with the old modules, if you can open them, I'll be available to answer questions and help with the build. We have google meet. We want to modules to be good and we might want video in one or two to help make it more fun. Key Features: - The modules should include a variety of interactive elements, such as quizzes and assessments to gauge learner understanding, some of our modules are compliance related so the assessment is required. - The aim is to create engaging, effective training tools that can be used within a corporate setting. - We want something that isn't locked into a format that will cost us money every year to update. - Short and sweet Ideal Skills: - Proficiency in eLearning development and ability to use any tool to build visual learning content - Experience designing corporate training eLearning modules - Ability to create interactive elements within the modules - Strong understanding of instructional design principles - Capability to incorporate assessments and simulations into the training modules.
