Job Title: Part-Time Graphic Designer Location: Remote Work hours: Flexible. With group call on Sunday. OK if done with other jobs. Overview: We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating math worksheets for us. These are used by students of grade 1 to 5 in India, US and Canada. A high quality creative output is expected. Key Responsibilities: Design Worksheets: Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand worksheets for elementary school students. These have to bring out the math in an intuitive way for the learner. Our team will support with math. Collaborate with Content Creators: Work closely with educators and content developers to understand the educational objectives and bring those ideas to life visually. Consistency Across Materials: Maintain consistent design styles, fonts, and branding elements across different projects while ensuring that each worksheet is unique and engaging. File Preparation: Prepare final designs for print and digital formats, ensuring they are ready for distribution and easy to use by teachers and students. Revise Designs: Implement feedback from educators or the project team to refine and improve the final product. Qualifications: Proven Experience: Previous experience in graphic design, particularly in creating content for kids (portfolio required). Design Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of other tools like Canva, AI tools is a plus. Benefits: Learn from the best in the industry with flexible work hours, For every approved worksheet, you get paid 500 per month. There is no limit to the number of worksheets you can give per month. We will conduct an online test exercise for selection. About Logic Roots: Logic Roots makes math board games and worksheets for kids aged 3 to 12 years. These games are exported to US and Europe and sold in online marketplaces there. Logic Roots games are adopted by schools, coaching classes and parents for their ability to make math fun and accessible to kids. These games are unique and developed after significant R&D. We prefer bright and colorful elements in the worksheets.
