Extract unique data from excel dynamic table and total up quantity using Dynamic Drop down list as critera to search by

I have a large dynamic table of data of different kinds of material and quantity's based on different Crews. I need to extract all the material associated with a crew number that is picked from a Drop down list and then consolidate that list into unique list and Sum up all the Quantity's in the "New List" For example, I have Crew 1 and that crew has say 10 different cables that are 3C#12 and 6 cables types that are 3/c#10 and I want to have a list that says ok, two cable types and here is the total footage for each cable type. But that is not all, each cable has a bunch of other material that needs to get consolidated as well such as supports, connectors, lugs, tags, Etc.
