I am not the best, and won't lay any claim to that. But my writings draw a lot of praise from friends, colleagues and classmates as well as personalities of high repute such as my boss and instructors at the University of the People, where I am a student. For example I took World Literature - a course that required us to write creatively - and below is an excerpt from one of my stories A Night of Horror which, as all the rest, was well received by my instructor Dr. Joseph Szewczyk:
… Dusk was setting in, and Buhari was still trying to make up his mind on what to do, when he perceived a sudden powerful presence, which made him look nervously around him in one quick sweep. Seeing nothing, he quickly composed and sent a text message informing his colleagues that he’s off to get them toiletries, and started the engine. Just a short distance away from the thickly wooded forest, a solitary figure fully dressed in black and blending with the shadows watched him drive away, then an ominous smile formed on the evil ragged face….
