We are in immediate need of talented professionals to help implement, launch, and grow this project, with key roles available for: 1. Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Expertise in blockchain architecture, smart contract development, and payment systems. Proficient in Solidity, Ethereum, and decentralized application (dApp) development. Ability to lead the development of our decentralized payment gateway and ensure multi-asset support (crypto and fiat). 2. Given that you’ve already incorporated the company, obtained an EIN, and are in the process of launching a DeFi payment platform, two key areas need immediate attention: 1. Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Technical Development: Your platform's core depends on blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and payment system integration. You’ll need to ensure your payment gateway is functional, secure, and supports multi-asset transactions (both crypto and fiat). A CTO will spearhead the development of your Minimum Viable Product (MVP), integrate decentralized finance protocols, and ensure compliance with tech requirements. Why it’s critical: Without a solid tech foundation, the platform won’t function as intended, which can delay product launch and disrupt your timelines. 2. Operational Leadership (COO/CEO): Leadership will be vital for managing day-to-day operations, setting milestones, overseeing the team, and ensuring each department (technical, compliance, finance, marketing) is aligned toward common goals. A COO or CEO will also manage relationships with potential partners, investors, and stakeholders, and drive early-stage business strategy.
