Key Milestones: 1. Producing the Site Plan, Elevations and Sections as described in the "Expected deliverables" document. 2. An intermediate milestone to address any major corrections if necessary. 3. A future project that will involve designing a comprehensive set of plans including a site plan, elevation, sections, floor plan, and detail drawing. Please note, your proposal should only include the price for the first milestone, and your hourly rate for any continuation of the project. Please be prepared to work on minor corrections to the Site Plan, Elevations, and Sections. The first milestone should be completed within 1 week.
