we are an registered association based in germany and to get a binance account we got asked for this document:

Please submit a Register of Members of the Association, issued within 1 year and attested by a valid third party including the percentage of voting rights of each individual/corporate member.

(CANNOT be attested by a director NOR a shareholder/sole proprietor)

1. Wording: "I confirm and attest that this document is true, valid and accurate as of DDMMYYYY" OR Certified True Copy (CTC) OR equivalent wording;

2. The signer should sign off with their 1) full name, 2) capacity / designation and 3) date of sign off.

3. Roles/designations acceptable for Certification:

- Authorised staff of a regulated financial or credit institutions;

- Practicing Chartered and Certified Public Accountant;

- Reputable Notaries Public/Practicing Solicitor;

- Justice of the Peace

- Commissioner for Oaths;

- Embassy/Consular Staff;

- Registered agents in the form of Corporate Secretary (a company or corporation that carries out the role of the applying entity's secretary. The secretary (individual) of the applying entity are NOT allowed to sign, is only delegated to a third-party company or corporation acting as the company's secretary)
