Partition glazing survey app required

We are a small partition glazing company looking for the most basic app that will allow us to do onsite drawings, add pictures and notes and send to relevant parties. The idea is to measure screens, add measurements in to app and the app work out sizes needed. For example, if we measure a screen that is 2000mm, we need to add 32 mm for coverage, makes deductions for joints and divide by amount of panels needed, we then come up with individual glass sizes: 2000mm+32mm-8mm= 2024mm/2=1012mm, we then draw by hand the actual screen and add the two panels in at 1012mm each, we are trying to simplify this process so its quicker its simply being able to draw screens, add in doors and dimensions, app then need tro calculate and allow for tolerances as provided by us, very minor calculations to do, the app then need to show the screen and doors as calculated in either 2d or 3d mode for clients to see, signing box for client, noters box to add details and option to send to other people. We have multiple surveyors and clients we work for so need to send to different parties
