Native Android App Module of Short Video Sharing Platform

We're looking freelancer who work on native android app development using JAVA - android studio with MVC. We have needed particular module of this project. Detail of this module I'm attaching here. Kindly go through and We're needed it as soon as possible . We will pay according to milestone wise ,like we award the project then we will create milestone of 25% - on the behalf of it few feature freelancer will commit , once he/she achieved and transfer the source code then we will be released this 25% , similar we will create next milestone of 25% wise again and again.
