Make pictures animated for video intro.

Hello,
We would like to make the attached pictures animated so they can be used as an intro in a video.
In "[login to view URL]" it would be nice the guy with the accordion to be "playing", the guy in the middle to "approach" the camera a bit and the guy in the glasses to move his head and eyes moving.
In [login to view URL] it would be nice the title "Taste It Or Waste It" to bounce in place, the speaker to "move" like it is playing loud, the hands with the coffee to approach the speaker like it is going to drink it, and the other items (flamingo, mouth and plants) to have a bit weird movement, especially the mouth.
The files should be in MP4 video type and at 4k analysis. When we agree, we will send you the original files with the highest resolution and multiple image layers.
