We are looking for a Cocoa designer with experience of MonoMac (Mono For Mac). You need to be able to work fluently with MonoMac projects in MonoDevelop. Based on a mockup provided by us we would like you to build a OSx UI, more precise a window with five different views plus a smaller player with play, stop, forward, backward etc buttons. You should be able to show previous work of yours showing your experience of MonoMac.
This is a very quick project to get an opensource .Net project (C# code) to build on Linux (I am running with Mono JIT compiler version 2.10.2 on Ubuntu 10.0.4...running with Mono JIT compiler version 2.10.2 on Ubuntu 10.0.4). To obtain the source simply check out the source from the svn directory as follows: svn checkout ***http***:// tradelink I want to be able to build the solution tradelink/ using either of the two methods: 1. xbuild (i.e. from the command line) 2. monodevelop (I am using version 2.4) After building the solution the application executables (*.exe) files for example a. Chartographer b. Gauntlet c. Kadina d. Quotopia etc., should build and be able to run successfully.
This is a monotouch app that allows barcode scanner and MSR reader using a device called Linea-Pro from Infinite Peripherals that attached to the iPhone/iPod. The project is written in MonoTouch using MonoDevelop IDE not Xcode. Unless you have worked with monotouch, working with iphone alone will not work, may need both C# and Objective-C and familiar with iPhone app development. The app is completed, however there is some bug that does not allow both devices (scanner & MSR) to work at the same time, need help to fix this bug and get it working.

When running under mono on Mac systems, sometimes, the UI controls don't draw or only draw partially for some reason. Obviously we can't ship this to our customers this way.
