I need a skilled professional to help me adjust a PDF scale drawing. The task involves altering the width of the drawing to make it proportionally scaled.
I have a PDF drawing showing a boat which isn't scaled correctly.
The current length is 9630mm and height is 1400mm but the scale is wrong. The height needs increasing by approximately 35%.
The drawing below the boat has the same issue. It needs reducing n height by approximately 20%.
