I'm looking for a competent and experienced designer who can provide a fresh, modern aspect to the exterior of my home. The design should include:

- Large windows, to allow for ample natural light.
- Flat roofs, in keeping with contemporary influences.
- Use of natural materials to promote a seamless transition from outdoors to indoors.

Site Details

- A corner Site 60*40 with roads on east and south side. West side another house and north side open ground no road.
- North - South 60 feet & East - West 40 feet

Need

Ground Floor - 2 Big car parking and office space of 1000 feet including a guest room.
First Floor - 3 BHK home with open kitchen and pooja. 2 Attached bathrooms with toilet with 2 Bedrooms. 1 common bathroom cum toilet.
3 to 5 feet open space on all the 4 sides for ventilation.
Entrance on East side with compound wall on all 4 sides

Expectation
-----
1. 2D floor plan with each room dimensions including staircase
2. A high-level design with 3D visualization with/without interiors optimum utilization of space.

Submit the 2D diagram first more details later. Will pay more if I like the design

An eye for detail and a demonstrated knowledge of modern design principles are crucial. A portfolio featuring similar projects would be highly appreciated. This project requires a clear understanding of how to combine aesthetics with function, while remaining true to the principles of modern design. They should have a strong ability to understand my vision, propose new ideas and bring the given elements together in a harmonious design.
Vastu compliant and as airy as possible.
Creative and spacious idea will be chosen.
