I'm seeking a designer to create a badge template for our employees.

Key Requirements:
- The design should be formal and professional, yet also modern and sleek, with some creative and colorful elements.
- The badge needs to accommodate specific information: the employee's first name, last initial and photo, their job title, as well as our company logo, a background image and on the back a list of the emergency codes (color codes provided).
- The front needs to be easy to modify the picture, name and title.

COMPANY LOGO
BACKGROUND (picture of the water)
EMERGENCY CODES AND COLORS (for the back of the card)

- Understanding of modern design trends
