Impact Amdouni had a decent debut season for Burnley, recording six goal contributions across 34 appearances. Five of those came during the first 26 matches of the season where he started all but one match. He then fell out of favor and appeared in the starting XI just twice in the final 12 matches of the season. He figures to be an important part of the squad next season as the club looks to earn promotion back into the Premier League.

Impact Amdouni entered the match in the 57th minute and leveled for Burnley from the penalty spot in the 87th to earn a point for his club. The goal was the first since January for the forward who didn't make a start for Burnley in the month of April.

He will hope to possibly earn the starting role back with a decent performance in an upcoming match, but he will remain on the bench for the time being, with David Fofana, Wilson Odobert and Lyle Foster getting the starting time at forward.

Impact Zeki Amdoun opened the scoring with a shot from the center of the box in the 36th minute of play. It marked the second consecutive game that he has buried a goal, while he also accounted for at least one chance created in both outings. Additionally, Zeki Amdoun continued to show he can provide more than just offense, as he has won a tackle in each of the last four games.

Impact Amdouni scored the 1-1 equalizer in the 31st minute with his third goal in the season, but it wasn't enough to avoid the road loss. The forward had a quiet outing other than that stat-wise. This is his first campaign in the Premier League since transferring from Switzerland, where he scored 22 goals in 2022-23, and he's been a regular starter for Burnley so far.

Impact Amdouni did not make a major impact on Tuesday's game, but he did manage to place one of Burnley's three shots-on-target. The Swiss striker is not having a great season, he produced a goal and an assist in Burnley's 5-0 hammering of Sheffield in their last game but that aside he has only found the net once from 14 starts.

Impact Amdouni scored and assisted in the space of two minutes, netting with a composed finish before setting up Luca Koleosho. The striker now has three attacking returns this season (two goals and one assist). He ranks first for shots on target (11) among his teammates, more than double the amount of his nearest challengers, but he is yet to complete a full 90 minutes this season.

Impact Amdouni hasn't been particularly effective this season, only notching one goal despite starting up top in 11 of the club's 12 matches this season. Even outside of his scoring, he hasn't been great, registering 13 tackles (eight won), four chances created and four crosses. If Burnley wants any chance of staying in the Premier League for another season, their starting forward will have to produce more, as the club has the lowest amount of goals in the league to this point, only recording nine.
