Impact Jurasek returned to action off the bench during the 2-0 loss. The defender missed a few weeks with a muscular issue, but is now back fit, and should be an extra depth option heading into one of the busiest parts of the calendar.

Impact Jurasek made his season debut against Stuttgart prior to the international break, playing 17 minutes off the bench. He missed the opening matches with a forearm injury and will now miss another game with a strain.

Impact Jurasek was deemed fit by the coaching staff during Wednesday's pre-match press conference, and the defender will be an option in case Hoffenheim need to protect their lead as the game progresses. Jurasek should also be an option to face Stuttgart on Sunday in the Bundesliga.

Will appear off bench Jurasek (forearm) is an option for Thursday's match against Dynamo Kyic, according to manager Pellegrino Matarazzo. "David is fit enough for a cameo appearance."

Impact Jurasek will be an addition back into the squad Thursday, with the defender expected to see a role on the bench. He could see time, although it will likely be a few minutes near the tail end of the match. Either way, this is great news, as he has yet to debut this campaign.

Scheduled to train in two weeks Jurasek (forearm) is set to start team training on Sep 23, confirmed manager Pellegrino Matarazzo. "Jurasek will be able to train with the team again the week after next".

Impact Jurasek underwent forearm surgery back in July, sidelining him for the start of the season. His return is set to be either the end of September or early October, barring any setbacks. With Hoffenheim, the defender recorded four starts in 13 appearances.

Undergoes shoulder surgery Jurasek has underwent successful shoulder surgery and is set to miss the next few weeks.

Impact Jurasek spent half the season with Benfica, having made 12 appearances in all competitions before being sent on loan to Bochum in January. He ended up making four starts in 13 appearances with Hoffenheim, getting his first assist with the side. The defender is only remaining with the club on loan from Benfica until June 2025.
