Top-10 finish at ZOZO Championship Cole finished in a tie for sixth place at the ZOZO Championship following a four-under 66 in the final round.

Impact Cole once again lost strokes off the tee, but once again gained strokes on approach, around the greens and with the putter. This is now his sixth top-20 finish in his last 11 starts. Cole has yet to find the win column on the PGA Tour, but when he does I doubt it comes as much of a surprise given the amount of quality showings he has put up in these last two years.

Leads in SG: Approach at Sanderson Cole carded a three-under 69 on Sunday at the Sanderson Farms Championship to finish tied for 16th place.

Impact Although he was never in contention Sunday, Cole managed a solid five birdies en route to his fourth consecutive round in the 60s. He was led by his iron play this week, gaining a whopping 10 strokes on approach - best of anyone in the field. It's Cole's fifth top-20 over his last nine starts, and he's locked into all of the 2025 signature events after finishing the summer in the top-50 of the FedExCup Standings.

Finishes strong again Cole fired a final round seven-under 63 at the FedEx St. Jude Championship to finish tied for 18th place.

Impact Cole got off to an excellent start Sunday with a pair of birdies and an eagle, with his only blemish of the day being a nice bogey save on the closing hole after hitting his tee shot into the water. He tied for the low round of the day and the result was good enough to get him into next week's BMW Championship. Cole led the field for the week in SG: Around the green.

Impact August has been a positive month for Cole thus far. He scored -12 during the Wyndham Championship and followed that up with a score of -7 in this year's FedEx St. Jude Championship.

Impact Cole took advantage of making the cut on the number by closing with the lowest final round in which he carded nine birdies - seven of which came on his back-nine. Strong weelkend at Sony Open Cole fired a four-under 66 in the final round of the Sony Open to finish in a tie for 13th place.

Impact After making the cut easily, Cole went 10-under in the final two rounds and shot up the leaderboard as a result. He trod a similar path last week in the Sentry, where he surged over the weekend. Cole had one of his best seasons as a pro during the 2023-24 campaign, carding two runner-ups, seven top 10's and only 10 missed cuts. The 35-year-old is on an upward trend, and could find himself in the winner's circle for the first time in his career if he can keep the momentum going.
