ACC Eastview shelter-in-place order lifted

AUSTIN, Texas - Austin Community College District's Eastview campus is now no longer under a shelter-in-place order, as of 5:18 p.m. Wednesday, June 28.

The district says the order was a precautionary safety measure as a man with a machete had been reported near campus.

Police have issued an all-clear according to ACC.

Campus operations are now returning to normal operations.
