Thursday and Friday are forecast to bring the highest storm activity we've seen in a while, with an 80% chance of showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures will be slightly below average later this week, with highs in the upper 80s. However, high humidity will persist. Despite the wet forecast, there's optimism that the Daytona race scheduled for Saturday evening will proceed as planned.

A "rare blue super moon" will be visible in the skies on Monday night. The moon won't actually be blue, but it'll appear bigger and brighter than other full moons in a year.
