3 people killed in Lake County crash, police say

LEESBURG, Fla. - Three people were killed following a crash in Leesburg on US 441 Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The crash happened at Sleepy Hollow Rd and shut down all northbound lanes. Drivers were asked to use alternate routes because of the crash.
Police said US Northbound 441 should be reopened within the next hour.
The identity of the people killed has not been released.
