ZEMA Global Data Corp. (ZEMA) is a Canadian technology company that provides a software solution for data management and business process automation. With 90% of its employees working remotely, ZEMA needed a way to provide staff with secure and highly available access to internal applications and its data centers worldwide. However, its existing secure access service edge (SASE) solution was proving unreliable, and users were complaining of being unable to connect when needed.
