Kathleen, the senior member of Harmony Family Office (HFO) , serves high net worth to ultra-high net worth, multi-generational families with liquid investment as well as illiquid assets that consist of concentrated public stock, privately held companies, commercial real estate, intellectual property, art and collectibles. More than a third of these clients have significant philanthropic endeavors and entities such as Private Foundations, DAF and CLT/CRT. All HFO clients have complex legal structures such as S Corps, C Corps, LLC, GRAT, FLIP, Dynasty Trust, QPERT, GST Exempt and Non-Exempt Trust and other advanced planning entities that require knowledge of the benefits, management and developments in the technical aspects of the legal and tax structures. Kathleen oversees the team’s comprehensive financial planning and reporting services. Integrating the details of clients’ complex financial lives includes advising, managing and researching opportunities and risks, as well as overseeing and assisting with the financial implications of their day–to-day legal, tax, cash flow and accounting requirements. Kathleen oversees a team of four professionals and serves as the chairman of the Harmony Family Office investment committee with capital responsibilities of $1 Billion in assets (as of July 2022). She is the Senior Portfolio Manager of the Office’s $452 million+ core portfolio (as of July 2022) comprised of individual stocks and bonds.
