Jeff holds an Economics and Business degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, and was awarded the Distinguished Achievement Citation from his alma mater for his contributions to the field of economics. He, his wife Barbara, and three sons are actively philanthropic, dedicating significant time in particular to Open Doors, a homeless services organization in Norwalk, Connecticut, where they reside, and where Jeff is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Jeff is also a past trustee for New Canaan Country School, the Maritime Aquarium, Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, and the Philadelphia Relief Foundation.
