This contractor seemed to understand the project but in the end, he just grabbed a site template and said "here ya go". There was almost no customization. Literally, it was just a theme template that he downloaded and turned over. I could not have been more disappointed. I believe this freelancer intentionally mislead me and there is nothing that he provided that can be used. $600 down the drain. Be very careful with this one.
