First, we set up an ETL process using AWS Redshift and lambda functions, consolidating data from the client’s CRM, ERP, and SaaS applications into a robust data warehouse. Without centralized data, they were unable to see where users originated, understand why they adopted the application, or measure the application's financial benefits. This lack of visibility limited the client’s ability to assess program impact and allocate resources effectively. Solution: Lookthru implemented a custom data integration solution to address these needs. Leveraging AWS Lambda, we set up a continuous data stream from AWS into a SQL environment, using AWS RDS to manage the data effectively. From here, we built a comprehensive data model tailored to the client's requirements, making the data available for reporting in both Power BI and Tableau. In the final solution, we developed intuitive dashboards that provided the client with real-time insights into user adoption patterns across the UK.
