Keystones Property, a dynamic and growing estate agency in Romford, Essex (RM5 3PH), is on the lookout for a skilled freelance Videographer/Editor/Social Media Manager for an ongoing monthly collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our digital presence and bring our brand to life on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok! What You'll Do: - Monthly Strategy Sessions: Join us for collaborative planning sessions to brainstorm fresh ideas and map out engaging content. ALL IN THE PLANNING! - Video Production & Editing: Film at our office once a month to capture authentic, value-driven content that highlights our culture and partnerships. Edit videos, including quick, relatable content our team captures on mobile. - Content Posting & Engagement: Post on social platforms and actively engage with our audience, sparking meaningful conversations. - Scheduling: Use social media management tools to plan posts and keep our followers in the loop! We’re not looking for Hollywood polish – just solid, professional-quality edits. We aim for real, relatable content that resonates with our audience. A good eye for composition, decent edits using tools like CapCut, and a touch of creativity are all we need. Ideal Skills & Bonuses: - Video Production Know-How: If you've got video production experience and a knack for editing, you’re halfway there. - Social Savvy: A good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to create content that grabs attention. - Audience Engagement: Confidence in creating posts that get people talking. - Strategic Mindset: You know how to plan, brainstorm, and bring big ideas to life.
