Website cross browsers - problem with Chrome and IE

and click on the suiv/next blue links. Everything works perfect on FIREFOX: pages load very smoothly, no weird transitions.
The problem is on Chrome and IE: final result is the same on the screen, but the way the page loads is just not friendly on Chrome and IE (see the second half part).
=> you may have to recode the file or look for js conflicts maybe?
PLEASE TEST before bidding. And explain the problem you see when bidding. This will show that at least you read the full description...
