I need an experienced developer to help resolve a scrolling issue on my website, which is built with Oxygen Builder. The issue is specifically affecting mobile phones. Despite applying overflow-x: hidden for mobile screens, blank spaces appear on the right side of the screen when I comment it out. The problem needs to be fixed to ensure proper layout and scrolling behavior across all devices.
