This is my college assignment: ? ? Basic HR system atleast consist of follwoing modules: ? ? ? Hiring: the HR manager will post job vacancies according to the company’s requirement. The candidates will fill out their applications online and submit them. The HR manager will then perform searches using detailed searches, according to the Job description, for e.g. experience, education. Once the candidates are filtered, this module will no longer be in use. -? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Attendance: this smodule will perform? attendance functions, such as late, absent, performance charts, graphs in report format. -? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
