Write a simple script to take usernames that become available!

Hey I need a script that can basically steal names from www.runescape.com. Players have an option to chance their name & once they change it, it becomes open for anyone to get. I need a script that instantly takes the name. I believe constantly checking if a name is available in the create account interface is the most effective way to take one & soon as it becomes available it snatches the name. This should be the best way to do it.. Once it snatches the name I need it to save the information & date/time that the account was made in a notepad. You will predetermine the username you want to steal, email you want to use, date of birth you want to use & password you want to use before starting the script.
