Overview:
We’re looking to update and enhance our current website to ensure smooth functionality,
improved SEO, and added features. The goal is to keep the existing design vibe while upgrading
its performance, usability, and o?erings.
Key Objectives:
1. Fix Current Issues:
o Resolve all 404 errors and ensure all links work properly.
o Update the cookies notification to comply with regulations.
2. Remove Phone Number:
o Remove the phone number from all visible areas of the website.
3. Contact Form:
o Add a professional contact form where emails are sent to both the WordPress
backend and my inbox.
4. Add a Helpdesk Plugin:
o Integrate a free helpdesk solution for customer inquiries.
o Suggested Plugin: SupportCandy (Free) or Awesome Support (Free).
5. WooCommerce Integration:
o Add WooCommerce to allow customers to:
Create accounts.
Order services/products (e.g., logo design, posters).
Pay securely through integrated payment options (e.g., Mollie or PayPal).
6. Quote Request Feature:
o Add a dedicated form where visitors can request a quote for custom services.
7. Match Colors to Logo:
o Update the website’s colors to match the pink, black, and white palette from
the logo.
o A style guide will be provided to ensure consistent branding across the website.
8. SEO and Mobile Optimization:
o Ensure the site is fully mobile-friendly and optimized for fast loading.
o Integrate a free SEO plugin such as Rank Math or Yoast SEO (Free).
9. Security Features:
o Ensure the website is secure with WP Hide that we will provide.
Timeline:
The project will be completed within 20–30 days.
Deliverables:
1. Updated and functional website with no 404 errors.
2. Working cookies notification.
3. Contact form integrated with backend and inbox.
4. Helpdesk functionality for customer inquiries.
5. WooCommerce store with account creation and ordering capabilities.
