Specialist server admin required for SMTP emailing server setup

Hello, I can do this job very well and asure you to fullfill your requirements as these are my daily basis tasks. We can use PowerMta (PMTA) for smtp in which can easily maintain ip rotation and Postfix/Exim or third part smtp also if you want. And for bulk mailing we can use softwares like mailwizz, mautic, interspire etc. I asure you that i will delivered this project without any error. I will manage all the dns records like spf, dmarc, dkim, mx, Ptr/rdns records which will give a good reputation to our ip and domain so that our mails will land in inbox.
