I am looking for a highly motivated and experienced Brand Partnerships Manager / Sponsorship Manager to join the team. Together with the Team I manage five successful automotive YouTube channels, and I am seeking someone who can secure sponsorships and advertisers to help grow my channels.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential sponsors and advertisers within the automotive industry.
- Negotiate and secure sponsorship deals and advertising contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from sponsorships and advertising.
- Collaborate with our content team to ensure sponsor content aligns with our brand and audience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in securing sponsorships and advertising deals for YouTube channels or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of automotive industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling pitches and proposals.
- Understanding of YouTube's monetization policies and best practices.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
