I am seeking an experienced architect or interior designer to design the layout for my two-story building. Each floor is approximately 600 square meters, and the staircase to the upper floor is already located and fixed. The project includes: Upper Floor (Medical Clinics): The upper floor will be dedicated to medical clinics. The goal is to maximize the number of clinics while maintaining usability and comfort. Each clinic should include: • A doctor’s room • A small bathroom • A front desk for the assistant with seating for 2-3 people in the waiting area Requirements: • Efficient space utilization • Comfortable, professional environment • Adherence to building and safety codes Deliverables for Upper Floor: • Floor plan with detailed measurements (adjusted to fixed staircase location) • 2D and 3D visualization (if possible) • Recommendations for materials and design Ground Floor: The ground floor will include the following components: 1. U-Shaped Supermarket: • Customers enter on one side and checkout at the other. • Include: • Storage area for supermarket use • 2 toilets for staff • Efficient use of dead space 2. Entrance for Upper Floor (Clinics): • Use the fixed staircase location to design a dedicated entrance for the upper floor. • Ensure clear signage and separation from the supermarket for easy access. 3. Rentable Store Units: • Divide the remaining space into the maximum number of rentable units for small businesses. • Ensure all units have frontage to hallways or main walkways for visibility.
