I'm looking for a professional interior designer who can help me design an office space of approximately 300 workstations. This office will also include common areas such as a reception, meeting rooms, a conference room, a breakout area/cafe, collaborative areas, washrooms, printers, storage spaces, etc. The design style should be Industrial. Key Responsibilities: - Create a functional and aesthetically pleasing layout for the office - Incorporate the Industrial design style throughout the office - Optimize the use of space for 300 workstations - Manage the project budget effectively to ensure cost-efficiency. - Ensure the project is completed within the agreed timeline. - Integrate modern technology seamlessly into the design. - Design ergonomic workstations to promote employee comfort and productivity. - Incorporate efficient lighting to enhance the workspace ambiance. - Implement soundproofing and acoustic solutions to minimize distractions. - Select and source appropriate furniture that complements the Industrial style. - Ensure the design reflects the company’s brand and culture.
