I'm seeking an expert to set up a claims management system within Google Workspace. The primary purpose of this system is to capture/log claim communication, email, documents, photos etc. Google drive space (template set of folders and docs) from which each new claim will start. Assign each claim its own email address. Set and assign tasks, calendar entries for meeting and actionable items for each adjuster. A central company calendar/tasks to allow mangers to view a complete overview of all calendars/tasks displayed together. Track all expenses and income for the claim. At claim conclusion package up the entire claim including email and move to a read only storage area.
Key components of the project include:
- Utilizing Gemini, Google Drive, Spaces, Chat, Tasks, and Gmail in the configuration of the system.
- Creating a user-friendly interface that is intuitive for claims adjusters use to working in a google environment.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with Google Workspace tools.
- Prior experience in claims or project management system setup.
- Ability to create automated tracking systems and user-friendly interfaces.
