Hello, how are you doing? We are a small business looking to have a WhatsApp-based chatbot. For that we brought a number for that purpose. My task includes: 1. Set up and verification the business 2. Configure the 360Dialog which we prefer 3. Connect to a bot-building platform for example many chat. 4. Build a chatbot. Our business use case is as follows. 1. We have a subcontractor who has a scrapping yard and wishes to automate the scrapping appointment booking for vehicle scrapping. 2. Hence we would like to have a small bot that allows customers to click on our bot link or scan our QR code etc, and book an appointment with us. 3. We also want to have some automated replies set up for frequently asked questions. That's all for now. We can discuss more about the project later. 3+ years of experience on developing chatbots I have experience in integration of whatsapp bots using 360dialog I worked in a startup where I am the only employee who developed bot. Because of this I got experience on total flow creating a bot.
