I'm looking for a designer to give my existing logo a modern, retro-futuristic twist. The name of the company is “Itz Up”. The logo should reflect innovation, while retaining key elements from the original design.

Key Elements:
- Keep the original iconography and typography.
- Freshen up the overall look and feel to align with a minimalistic, retro-futuristic style.
- Use the existing color scheme, but feel free to suggest subtle variations to enhance the modern feel.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in graphic design and logo development.
- Experience with retro-futuristic design aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of minimalism and 3D dynamic styles.
- Excellent typography and iconography skills.
