Project Brief – LinkedIn Image Template Design

Objective:
Design a series of modern, clean LinkedIn image templates to enhance professional branding and showcase software features, aligning with the visual identity of WaiverForm.

Scope of Work:
1. Template Series Overview:
- Create two versatile, branded LinkedIn image templates.
- Designs should align with the visual theme and branding of http://www.waiverform.com.
- Templates must prominently feature the WaiverForm company logo and use consistent fonts, colors, and design elements reflective of the brand identity.

2. Template 1 – Feature Spotlight (Text-Based):
- Purpose: Highlight key features of the software in a focused, branded format.
- Design:
- A company-branded header or section with the text “Feature Spotlight.”
- Below the header, include space for the feature name (e.g., “Waiver Editor”).
- The design must allow for easy text updates, accommodating varying lengths of feature names without compromising layout aesthetics.
- Ensure sufficient contrast and legibility, maintaining a clean and uncluttered look.

3. Template 2 – Screenshot Showcase (Image-Based):
- Purpose: Display screenshots or visual demonstrations of specific software features.
- Design:
- A branded border or frame that clearly integrates WaiverForm branding.
- The center of the template will allow for inserting feature screenshots, with the border acting as a polished, professional frame.
- The design should maintain focus on the inserted content while reinforcing brand identity.
- The template should support layering in design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) to easily add and adjust screenshots behind the border.

Technical Requirements:
- Editable file formats (PSD, AI, or Canva template) for future in-house text/image updates.
- Vector-based design for scalability across different LinkedIn post sizes.
- Adherence to LinkedIn image size recommendations (1080x1080 pixels for posts).

Deliverables:
- Two final LinkedIn image templates (Feature Spotlight and Screenshot Showcase).
- Source files allowing for customization.
- A brief style guide or notes on fonts, colors, and design elements used.

Timeline:
