I'm looking for a modern and chic logo for my company, "LIDA". The target market is high fashion designers and luxury brands, so the logo needs to reflect this.

Key Requirements:
- Style: The logo should be elegant, minimal yet sophisticated.
- Color: Primarily black but I am open to other suggestions that can enhance the overall design and appeal.
- Elements: The incorporation of a symbol/icon along with typographic/text only elements.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in designing high-end, elegant logos.
- Strong understanding of minimalist and sophisticated design principles.
- Ability to creatively combine typographic and icon elements.
- Experience working with luxury brands or in the fashion industry would be a plus.
