We are launching a design contest to create a set of vector graphic symbols that will visually communicate key features of BRAVO Edutainment's educational programs in a clear, modern, and engaging way. These symbols will be used across brochures, digital platforms, and promotional materials.

Context:
BRAVO Edutainment organizes interactive, educational experiences for children aged 4-14, blending learning with entertainment (edutainment). Our programs include one-day trips, workshops, and creative activities, focusing on initiatives like "Green Week" (Săptămâna Verde) and "Alternative School Week" (Săptămâna Altfel).

The purpose of these symbols is to make our promotional materials more accessible and visually appealing, allowing parents, teachers, and children to quickly identify the essential features of our programs.

Symbols to Be Designed:
1. "Alternative School Week" (Săptămâna Altfel):
Concept: This initiative emphasizes creativity, exploration, and hands-on learning through non-traditional educational activities.
Visual Suggestions: An open book with a light bulb or spark, symbolizing fun and innovative learning.
2. "Green Week" (Săptămâna Verde):
Concept: Focused on environmental awareness, sustainability, and outdoor activities like recycling and gardening.
Visual Suggestions: A green leaf, a recycling symbol, or a tree with the sun, symbolizing ecology and sustainability.
3. "Duration":
Concept: Indicates the total time of the program.
Visual Suggestions: A clock or stopwatch, symbolizing time.
4. "Transport Included":
Concept: Highlights that transportation is provided for the program.
Visual Suggestions: A bus icon with a checkmark, symbolizing organized transportation.
5. "Restrictions":
Concept: Indicates any limitations (e.g., safety guidelines or requirements).
Visual Suggestions: A warning triangle with an exclamation mark or a line crossing through a restricted item.
6. "Minimum Age":
Concept: Indicates the minimum age required to participate.
Visual Suggestions: A child silhouette with a number (e.g., 4+), symbolizing age.
7. "More Information":
Concept: Guides users to further details about the activity.
Visual Suggestions: An "i" icon in a circle or a magnifying glass over a document.
8. "Giveaway":
Concept: Highlights any prizes or gifts associated with the program.
Visual Suggestions: A gift box with a ribbon or a starburst, symbolizing excitement and rewards.
9. "Tea and Coffee Included":
Concept: Indicates that tea and coffee are provided as part of the program.
Visual Suggestions: A cup with steam rising, or a cup with tea leaves or a coffee bean icon.
Design Guidelines:
Style:

Clean, minimalistic, and modern design.
Align with a playful yet professional aesthetic.
Color Palette:

Use vibrant colors that are easily distinguishable from one another (greens for "Green Week," browns for "Tea and Coffee Included," etc.).
Ensure legibility in black-and-white versions.

Format:

All icons should be created as vector graphics for scalability.
Delivered in SVG, EPS, and PNG formats.
Size and Usage:

Ensure clarity at both small and large scales for use in brochures, websites, and banners.

Deliverables:
One symbol for each of the nine concepts listed above.
Variants with and without accompanying text (e.g., "Transport Included").

Evaluation Criteria:
Clarity: How easily can the symbol's meaning be understood at a glance?
Creativity: Does the design reflect the unique personality and purpose of BRAVO Edutainment?
Scalability: Can the symbol retain its clarity and quality at different sizes?
Consistency: Do all symbols share a cohesive visual style?

Submission Guidelines:
Deadline: 3 days
Format: Submit all designs in vector format (SVG or EPS), along with previews in PNG format.
