Licensing and Management System (LMS) and LMS Help Center
- Licensing and Management System (LMS)
LMS is the Media Bureau's Internet based system which permits electronic filing of broadcast radio and television application forms with the FCC. LMS has replaced CDBS e-filing system, as well as the Call Sign Reservation System (CSRS). For a complete list of releases visit the LMS login page and click on LMS Releases. CDBS
- Consolidated Database System (CDBS) Public Searches. Find applications and EEO information filed by broadcast stations.
NOTE: as of October 1, 2023, the CDBS database is no longer being updated. CDBS Public Searches still remain available for reference. Please use the LMS database (immediately above) for most searches, especially for recent filings.
