Discover Junior World Food Week from 14 to 18 October!

Book a guided tour for students from 14 to 18 October and enjoy a unique experience at FAO. Explore the Kids Corner with games about the Sustainable Development Goals and a selfie point where you can choose your sustainable action. Learn about the "80-1" campaign leading up to FAO's 80th anniversary through a multisensory experience showcasing its past and future vision. Dive into food systems, hear stories of Food Heroes, and visit the exhibit on the theme “Right to foods for a better life and a better future.” You’ll also get a sneak peek at the upcoming Food and Agriculture Museum and Network. World Food Day Poster Contest (ages 5-19)

Join the World Food Day Poster Contest and show us your creativity! Design a poster that symbolizes your favourite dish or recipe, representing the importance of diverse, nutritious, safe and affordable foods. To participate, you must be aged 5 - 19.

The deadline for entries is 8 November 2024.

Thank you for your interest. This year’s event is now fully booked. You can still join the live stream on fao.org where your students can engage with international food leaders, youth activists, and food heroes through stories, music, quizzes, and games.
