This training offers a closer look at the more common MarkeTrak subtypes used for issue resolution in the retail market. MarkeTrak is the web-based database application used to track and manage ERCOT Retail Market data discrepancies. Part I will explore general navigation, administration, reporting, and bulk insert functionality along with several more common subtypes such as Usage & Billing, Missing Enrollment Transactions, and additional Day to Day subtypes.

This course is available to all Market Participants and ERCOT employees.
