This is being done to keep the final price paid by these customers unchanged in comparison to their past invoices and will feature as a 50c reduction for customers on consumer plans and 27c reduction for customers on standard Business Plans.<\/p>\n Customers who already use direct debit to settle their bills will not be impacted by this change.<\/p>\n Epic takes all legal, regulatory and compliance matters seriously. In implementing its recent tariff changes, Epic followed the guidance of the Central Bank of Malta and has constantly consulted with other local authorities, to ensure that all of its actions were in line with local and European regulations.<\/p>\n The above temporary reduction is being announced in response to the request made by the Office for Competition, without prejudice to Epic\u2019s position at law, and will remain in place till 31st December 2024. We are also introducing Temporary Fee Reduction until end of March 2023<\/span>. This reduction is a \u20ac0.50 for Epic Pay Monthly Plans and \u20ac0.27 for Epic Business Plans.
